1850 - Juan Xavier and his wife Lorena Alvarado immigrated to Mexico from Spain and settled in Mexican Texas.

1900 - their son Emilio Xavier-Alvarado buys the land his father worked and established Alvarado Food Co.

1926 - Oil is discovered on the farm land and Alvarado Mexican Oil is established

1981 - Company is modernized under Ryan Xavier II and renamed Latin Oil. We become the number 1 North American provider of oil and lubrication.

2026 - Ryan Xavier is named CEO. Renames the company to Bi Latin Oil and leads the company into is most dominate global position. With it's highest profits and sexiest staff.
